1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and zcc77 (hereinafter referred to as "zcc77", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services available at zcc77.net.

By accessing the zcc77 website, completing the zcc77 registration process, using the zcc77 login portal, or by placing any wager or making any deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these T&Cs in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

zcc77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register only one (1) account on zcc77. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zcc77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds, and review outstanding balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zcc77 login credentials — your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. zcc77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

zcc77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on the zcc77 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zcc77 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at zcc77's discretion.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• All payment instruments used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the zcc77 cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time. However, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment provider. zcc77 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• zcc77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which zcc77 bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in accounts separate from zcc77's operational funds in accordance with applicable player fund protection standards.

zcc77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any deposit, particularly where the amount or pattern of deposits triggers internal compliance protocols. Deposits under investigation may be temporarily held pending clearance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment instruments that match the name on your verified zcc77 account and that have been previously used for a deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and address verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen withdrawal method.
• No outstanding investigations, compliance queries, or account restrictions may be active on your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

zcc77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. zcc77 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

zcc77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to the player's zcc77 account balance where the request does not satisfy the conditions above. In such cases, the player will be notified via their registered email address.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

zcc77 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Cricket betting, Teen Patti, and slots may carry different contribution percentages. Refer to the specific promotion page for a full contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free bet credits expire after the period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in your account simultaneously. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: zcc77 maintains the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine play intent.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. zcc77 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from any promotion at its sole discretion.

zcc77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying wagering already completed in good faith will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on zcc77, whether on sports markets (including cricket and PSL matches), casino games, Teen Patti tables, slots, or color prediction rounds, are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the zcc77 system and a bet ID has been issued. No bet is valid without a confirmed bet ID.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, zcc77 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance.
• For live/in-play betting markets, the odds available at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• zcc77 reserves the right to impose bet limits on any market, game, or individual account without prior notice.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement timeframe, or declared void, affected bets will generally be settled as void and stakes returned, unless specific product rules state otherwise.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to events offered on zcc77 will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zcc77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal proceedings:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the zcc77 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to zcc77 support immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zcc77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zcc77 platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your zcc77 login credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude zcc77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your zcc77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving your request, any verified account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Closure by zcc77: zcc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these T&Cs.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information.
• Your account activity is indicative of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to zcc77.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed zcc77 to close the account.

Where an account is closed by zcc77 due to a material breach, zcc77 reserves the right to retain any account balance as compensation for losses suffered, without prejudice to any other remedy available at law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zcc77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the zcc77 website at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the zcc77 platform following the effective date of any amended T&Cs constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

zcc77 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zcc77 holds its operating licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
